Eyes For Wellness is a specialty second tier optometric practice that welcome referrals from her optometric colleagues as well as other health care professionals and educators. However, a patient does not need to be referred by another doctor to receive specialty visual evaluations. Patients throughout the Indianapolis area come to Eyes For Wellness because they know they will receive the personal attention and professional care that is our foundation. Dr. VanHoy and our team are dedicated to keeping our patients comfortable and well-informed at all times. At Eyes For Wellness, we will explain every exam and procedure and answer all of our patient's questions. Additionally, while Eyes For Wellness, does not participate in any third party vision insurance plans, we do offer vision financing options such as Care Credit. We also offer an insurance letter of medical necessity and help guide you in submitting your receipts to your major medical health insurance carrier for direct reimbursement from your carrier.
